Bio
Gaurav is the Managing Director of Valueonshore Advisors and is responsible for the overall strategy and stewardship of the Company. He also heads the Transaction Advisory Services vertical of the firm.
Gaurav brings to the Company strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence. He believes in nurturing a culture that is entrepreneurial, customer focused and based on teamwork. Before joining the Company, Gaurav was a Partner with Grant Thornton India and head of the Technology Sector Focus Group for the firm. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Gaurav worked with KPMG, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor. Gaurav received his Bachelors’ degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. He is also an advisor and independent director to various companies and organizations.
