Bio

Karan joined Tecnova in 2010 as the head of its M&A practice. He specializes in cross-border transactions and assisting international companies to establish their footprint in India. He has been directly involved in multiple transactions across several industries including consumer, automotive, healthcare, renewable energy and Information Technology and has worked extensively with clients from the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Tecnova in April 2016 and has been leading the company in developing and executing its growth and international expansion plans since then. Prior to Tecnova, Karan was at PricewaterHouseCoopers in Sydney, Australia as a part of their Corporate Finance division. After finishing his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University, Karan completed a Masters in Applied IT from Monash University back in 2002 and subsequently enrolled himself in a Masters in Applied Finance course.
