Skipp launched Partners in Performance in 1996 after identifying an innovative way to help businesses achieve exceptional results and lasting impact by mobilising their entire workforce. Through her agile leadership, Partners in Performance has grown over the last 25 years to become a global player in driving operational excellence and increasing an organisation’s bottom line. Skipp has built a unique culture within the firm through her strong entrepreneurial spirit and opportunistic approach. Skipp’s consulting career started in 1991 at McKinsey & Company, where she worked in strategy and operations improvement for five years. In her extensive international career, she has worked with leading global organisations in manufacturing, oil and gas, infrastructure and financial services. Her focus is on operations, capital improvements and business turnarounds. To date, she has helped clients across regions and industries save over US$20 billion. In 2019, Skipp was voted Australia’s most influential consultant in the Australian Financial Review and, in 2020, she had been in the Top Five for three consecutive years. For the last eleven years, she’s been an active member of Chief Executive Women (CEW). Well known for her straight‑talking and pragmatic approach, Skipp is passionate about unleashing organisational potential to drive high performance across all levels of the organisation – achieving operational excellence through genuine partnership.
