Bio

Richard brings over 30 years of consulting and business experience to Kalypso’s clients, serving the manufacturing, oil and gas, oilfield services, chemicals, retail, medical device and engineering and construction industries. Prior to joining Kalypso, Richard held senior positions with a number of global consultancies. Former roles included director in the Manufacturing and Energy practices of Deloitte Consulting, vice president in the Oil & Gas practice of HCL Axon, and managing director with EnterSys Group, where he also served as the managing partner for several years. Richard began his career as an industrial engineer with The Gillette Company. Richard has extensive experience assisting global, complex organizations to plan and execute large-scale change efforts by utilizing new business models, revamped business processes and advanced technologies. Throughout his consulting career, Richard has specialized in program and project management, program planning, process redesign, organizational change management, economic and strategic justification and approaches for attaining value from enterprise solutions. He has also authored and implemented several related consulting methodologies and approaches.
