Andrew Rabinowitz is Co-CEO and a member of the board of directors at K2 Integrity. In his role as Co-CEO, Andrew collaborates with Co-CEO Jeremy Kroll to run the firm to meet the short- and long-term objectives set by the board of directors. Additionally, he focuses on driving growth across the firm’s existing financial services and corporate clients in the U.S., European, Middle Eastern, and Asian markets, as well as on introducing new service offerings. Andrew also works with the firm’s corporate leadership team to strengthen the firm’s operations and grow its corporate infrastructure. Prior to joining K2 Integrity, Andrew spent nearly two decades at Marathon Asset Management, most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer, where he helped grow the organization from an early-stage investment firm to a global player with more than $22 billion of assets under management. As part of this role, he managed Marathon’s investment relations and business development, as well as the day-to-day activities involved in providing oversight of the firm’s global infrastructure, including operations, treasury, legal, compliance, and technology. He was also responsible for setting global policies and procedures, financial controls, and external codes of conduct. Andrew also ran the process for the U.S. Treasury’s investment in Marathon as part of the Public Private Investment Partnership (PPIP) program on the heels of the Great Recession. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked for Schulte, Roth & Zabel as a lawyer in its corporate group, specializing in hedge funds and asset management. Previously, he was employed at Ernst & Young as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) focused on hedge funds, asset management, and broker-dealers. Andrew also co-founded The R Baby Foundation, which has raised several million dollars for children’s hospitals in the United States to improve pediatric emergency care, training, research, treatment, equipment, and education. Andrew received his J.D. from Law from Fordham University School of Law and his B.B.A. in accounting, magna cum laude, from Pace University. He is a CPA in New York and is admitted to practice law in New York and Washington, D.C.
