We build one of the first "Corporate Academies" in Europe: I was responsible for the overall didactic concepts and the delivery of the relevant contents, basically helping to implement new ways of thinking and solving practical issues from the daily business.

At least we came up with several "modules" to deliver best practice impact: Business Thinking, Personnal Leadership (including sick leave management), duty sceduling and business process optimization to pilot and start a Train-the-Trainer Program with Action Learning methodology.
