Bio Summary

Valérie is the co-founder of AS Partners (AS/P), a consulting firm with a focus on identifying, developing, incentivizing and engaging talent together with our clients.

AS/P's projects are usually very hands on and include a strategy phase, which is always followed by implementation. After years of trying to create a delivery model that is more focused on co-creation with our clients than the traditional consulting model, we have developed our "signature project": several months-long development journeys, where we build our client team's capabilities in change management, project management and/or delivery and empower them to put these new skills to the test by delivering on the projects themselves - supported by our AS/P coaches. By the end of the projects, the client has increased its teams' capabilities AND implemented the project.

Before founding AS/P, Valérie spent almost 10 years at McKinsey in Germany and the Middle East: As consultant focused on organizational and Human Capital related topics and also as Head of Professional Development and Training for McKinsey's Middle East office.

Valérie's passion to develop people is also reflected in her role as facilitator for major Fortune 500 companies as well as leading companies in the Middle East. She leads in person and remote trainings directly with clients and through her partnership with Harvard Business Publishing.

Valérie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and has lived and worked in Europe, the United States and the Middle East.
