Saurabh was based out of BCG's New Delhi office as a management consultant supporting the business planning, growth, digital transformation, and operational efficiency practice areas. Projects include supporting a 10000Cr EBIDTA + metals and mining organization in developing their 3-year business plan, cost-reduction programs, contract modelling, and delivering synergies across functions for enhancing their S&OP to deliver their FY-22 business plans. He has also worked with CII, which is a non-governmental trade association and advocacy group, to help them benchmark the competitiveness of Indian industries across sectors with the leading global countries and suggest policy-level measures that can be taken up to enhance the competitiveness of India. His engagements also include helping leading Indian conglomerates to do a feasibility study for their fertilizer business expansion in India. His work has involved heavy analytics and data, strategy design, senior client management, and team leadership. As part of his engagements, Saurabh has supported corporates, foundations, and government entities on topics including management and strategy consulting, greenfield projects, benchmarking, and profit optimization. The last project that Saurabh was involved in was developing the operating model for a ministry in KSA for their upcoming training academy.
