I have more than 6 years of experience working in Management and Strategy Consulting, with experience and knowledge gained across working on different projects, sectors and various organisations and clients.
Previously have worked on several projects including freelance consulting and full-time employment. Have worked on Strategy Development (including international business expansion) and provided Program Management Support for clients such as VIP Industries, Bharat Forge, CARE USA, Gujarat government. These included conducting Market Assessment, Market Sizing, Projections, Trend analysis, competition analysis, Business planning processes, and some elements of Financial Modelling. My experience also includes working as a Project Manager for the redevelopment of 3 Railway stations and working with Deloitte assisting various State and Central level stakeholders with Infrastructure Development, Capacity building and stakeholder management in addition to the above mentioned activities. Prior to that, I have worked with Solutions Driven for devising a GTM strategy for client under the Smart Cities Mission of MoUD, GOI, where I handled the duties related to Management Consulting, Advisory, Project Planning & Management, Tender analysis, and Strategic Research. Have previous experience of working with IPE Global (DFID) supporting UADD, Bhopal where I looked upon the reviewing and appraisal of the Smart cities proposals Round-2 for 4 cities of M.P., as well as recording and citing the selected tenders of the winning smart city proposals of Round-1. I have also been involved in Business Development activities including Bid documentation, preparation of, various RFPs and Drafting of more than 25 EOIs/Technical Proposals for reputed clients including the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, various State and Central level agencies and organisations etc.
