Bio Summary

I work with C-Suite executives, Leadership teams and Founders to discover, explore and execute on strategic initiatives for improvement and growth. I like to unearth insight from customers, the market, and look to the latest ground-breaking start- ups and technologies for inspiration. In fact, I believe so much in my ability to validate, de-risk and identify winning value propositions that I've put my money where my mouth is by Angel investing in some of them - Thursday (Dating app), Lapse (Social media app), Heights (DTC brain care nutrition), Lick (DTC home decorating).

I have launched several businesses (some more successfully than others...). Some have gone viral and achieved tens of millions of views on social media, have been covered by mainstream press such as the BBC and Womenshealth and have led to collaborations with incredible global brands. My most recent business was growing at great speed before it was made not viable due to Coronavirus. All of these have been built from nothing and have enabled me to take my learnings to back to others through my freelance work.

My specialism is in being a generalist leader, combining thinking and doing - I have worked cross-industry across strategy, innovation and product for corporates, nimble start-ups and scale ups. I have helped The Prince’s Trust to build and launch an innovative jobs board, a tech unicorn build products that helped them double their sales and the UKs largest gym chain explore new opportunities outside of their core business. Most recently I led the GTM Strategy and product development at a B2B SaaS Start-up, managing a multidisciplinary team of UI/UX Designers, Software Engineers, Marketeers landing the start- up its first customers and getting to Product Market fit.
