Coaching Experience
Currently working with a senior Marketing and Sales leader responsible for the growth of business
of a large business services firm that provides AI/ML, NLP, customer experience and back-office
services.
• Coached two senior executives in an infrastructure company and in an electronic component
manufacturer recently. Both are accomplished leaders and part of the leadership teams of the
respective organisations. The coaching engagements, sponsored by their companies, helped in
bringing sustained behavioural changes to become more effective in their current roles.
Select Consulting Engagements
Digital / IT Strategy and Reviews - These engagements, conducted across industries and functions,
largely involve understanding clients' business imperatives, conducting a comprehensive business
analysis, formulating a digital / IT Roadmap, and assisting in evaluating, selecting, and implementing
appropriate technology solutions.
• Currently assisting an NGO in formulating a digital strategy and helping them automate their
social programs by identifying, evaluating, and implementing appropriate technologies with the
help of technology partners.
• Was involved in a fast-track digital strategy development for a US based furniture major.
• Was involved in a 2-year comprehensive engagement of formulating digital strategy, process
improvement and implementation oversight at a premier Day Care and Pre School organisation
with a large network of centres across India and Sri Lanka.
• Developed a digital Strategy for a large Public Sector Mining Company that is involved in
exploration, extraction, and value addition of major minerals.
• Assisted a premier management institute in ERP bid management that covered all functions of
the institute. The support involved RFP management, vendor evaluation and selection and
program management.
• Formulated an IT Strategy for Microfinance firm and IT Services firm.
• Conducted an IT Review and roadmap for a Europe headquartered global construction major to
optimize IT assets, follow a cloud strategy and achieve cost savings.
• Developed IT Strategy for Manufacturing, CPG, Retail verticals, a global IT Services company, a
global NGO and two diversified conglomerates.
Visioning, Business Planning - Collaborating with two senior academicians, facilitated development of
a long-term business plans for industry leading companies.
CRM / Supply Chain / Process Improvements - Participated in a number of process improvement
assignments with a focus on customer relationship and supply chain areas for leading companies.
ERP / CRM Implementation Assignments - Participated in ERP and CRM selection and implementation
in various roles as Advisor, Subject Matter Expert and Program Manager involving products including
Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and ERP for Education Sector.
Practice and Capability Development - Helped Professional Services firm in establishing /
strengthening their leadership capabilities through:
• Consulting Skills Training - Working with two consulting leaders, enabled the journey of more
than 200 mid-management professionals of leading professional service companies to think and
act like consultants and assume client-facing leadership roles.
• Methods and Frameworks - Developed comprehensive and integrated methodologies covering
methods, tools, and techniques for the consulting division of leading IT Services companies. The
project helped more than 500 professionals follow leading practices in consultative selling and
project execution.
