I help businesses make choices and create the internal capabilities required to successfully execute business change and drive commercially led growth - aligning leadership teams setting up PMOs, zero-based budgeting, rationalising ongoing projects, and implementing good programme governance. I have particularly deep experience within Private Equity, having led international transformations at portfolio companies owned by top-tier firms including TPG Capital, KKR Capital, TDR Capital and Montagu Private Equity.
