Martin is an independent advisor, he is a former Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company and served primarily public and private sector clients in the GCC on Strategy, Corporate transformations, Public Sector delivery, and Economic Development. Martin brings a deep understanding of the economic landscape in the Middle East and economic diversification efforts that are ongoing. Until recently, Martin was a member of the founding team of a Family Office, where together with the sponsors and the CEO he shaped the overall strategy, co-developed sectoral strategies with sector heads, established and refined the internal operating model including MIS reporting, deal governance. He was also responsible for sourcing and leading selected transactions, e.g. in tourism and education. Martin is based between Riyadh and Dubai.
