My focus is assisting organisations and their leaders deliver complex business change and achieve personal growth through and business process transformation.

With 12 years’ experience in leadership coaching as well as 25 years’ consulting and project delivery experience in strategy development, organisational change and process transformation, I have also been a senior corporate executive responsible for organisational transformation and innovation. Successful track record across multiple industries, and organisations ranging from 100 to 43 000 employees.

After realising that most business process transformations fail because leadership can’t implement the changes, I added leadership coaching to my set of skills in order to better advise leaders on successfully navigating change as well as developing peak personal effectiveness. To this end I have also studied organisational neuroscience, specifically around behaviour change.

Outside of my day job I fly paragliders, read a lot, farm truffles and travel whenever I can.
