While most of my experience lies within the conventional Project Management side ~11+ yrs, I have thoroughly enjoyed working as a management consultant setting up processes - defining the SOPs, and SLAs, designing strategies for client organisations and helping them execute it by addressing the People, Process, Technology and Knowledge Areas, creating ecosystem for easy adaptation of change by the client organisations.
