Key elements in my approach are: trust, ownership and win-win. - Trust is the foundation in any environment where people cooperate. Without trust, a lot of energy is wasted - Ownership is essential in creating succesful teams, working with people that take initiative and look for solutions instead of report problems. Ownership is closely related to trust since taking ownership requires an environment where making mistakes is allowed - In almost any working situation, customer and supplier(s) are involved. It is my belief that having shared objectives and allowing each contributor to be succesful provides the best results. Think about a supplier adopting the customer objectives and not just focussing on what needs to be done according to the contract. On the other hand, a customer pressing a supplier to an extend where the supplier can not be succesful any more will not help in a foreseen long-term relationship. Creating win-win is the key.

Experienced in different industries and varies roles. Examples are: - been responsible for 60+ succesful ERP implementations from supplier side - managing service delivery department for ERP solution provider with 50+ consultants, project managers, account managers and training facility. Involved as senior supplier in steering committees - project manager for large European tender - account management - business consultant (organisation scans, benchmarks,..)
