My Industry experience spans Industrial Products, Pharmaceuticals, Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) , Energy, Agro-chemicals, Liquor and alcoholic beverages, Auto-components, Engineering, Cement and Textiles

I have led a wide range of consulting and implementation services programs covering all aspects of business performance improvement including Organisation restructuring, Sales, distribution and marketing strategies, Supply chain optimisation, Sales force effectiveness, Business Process Re-engineering and IT Strategy
