Bio Summary
I've focused on consulting and research since 2010 - first as a consultant at McKinsey and Co, then in Corporate Strategy at health care company, Advisory Board Company (ABC), and, for the last 5 years, as an Independent Management Consultant focused on healthcare.
My work has focused on strategy, performance transformation and change management in multiple settings, healthcare frontline lean improvements and product development initiatives.
For the past 5 years (even prior to Covid) I have worked remotely with my clients. I have cultivated how to remotely lead teams successfully and supported them through projects such as data driven operations redesign, process mapping, market research and data modelling. I have a doctorate in economics and am a trained econometrician so I use qualitative as well as analyze large quantitative data sets to inform any project.
During the pandemic, the burden I experienced in helping my kids use the internet productively inspired me to found AnetaEd.com, an EdTech platform that allows kids to independently navigate content aggregated for them from across the internet.
I am passionate about solving problems in healthcare and PreK - 12 education.
