Assisted in the process of valid data transmission to SAP we deployed the risk control matrix to identify the gaps and easy transformation data from ipps to sap, along with rectifications in case of deviations. • Payroll audit for an international marine group Planned the financial control of 22 steps in the process to understand and verify the whole process from hire to retire and provide the solutions for the process deviation and assess the gaps at each level after putting in place various controls. • SOX audit for a global metal and mining company Executed the sox review, where nine process flows from o2c, p2p, inventory, regulatory etc were reviewed for deviations for both the plants and some of the finding helped eliminate potential losses worth 100000 I one of the processes and accelerated elimination process of the deviations. • Production audit for an American media service provider Conducted the audit to see on time delivery of shoot and proper utilization of funds along with checking the financials. It helped to keep shoot budget intact and also some funds which was contingency was saved from spending. • Enterprise risk management planning for American multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate. Wherein we identified the risk from top-down approach, reiterated the budget and identified the gaps in certain of internal working process. • Internal financial control for `Inox Physical Checking of every day voucher and tallying them with the company’s books, along with online subscription checking for access rights for the team, and viewers and the hierarchical authority. • NM pharma logistical audit, I found the issues and gaps single handedly in there fifo and lifo system.
