Selected Project Experience

Project Description:
he project's aim is to assess 100 employees within Saudi Energy Efficiency Center in order to help identify areas of strengths and areas of growth and based on that help with employees selection and placement into the new organization structure. Project deliverables included conducting electronic and in-person assessment for all 100 employees and then produce individual reports for each leader identifying their areas of strengths and areas of growth and producing the organizational report and our placement recommendations. My role is the Project Manager from the consulting firm side managing all phases of the project and managing all consultants and to work with the project sponsor and directors to complete the project. The project entailed being stationed in the client site to manage all phases of the project. The initial phase of the project included developing the project charter and identify all deliverables and expectations. the assessment competencies through a workshop with the client. The following phase was conducting assessment for all candidates electronically followed with conducting competency based interviews. The data analysis phase then ensued with developing assessment reports for all participants and producing the organizational report at the end of the project. The project also included conducting weekly alignment with project owner from the client side as well presenting deliverables to senior management until project closure.

Project Deliverables included: Refreshed Organization Structure, New HR Strategy, New Job Design for the organization, New HR Policies and Procedures. My role is the Project Manager from the consulting firm side managing all phases of the project and managing all consultants and to work with the project sponsor and directors to complete the project. The project entailed being stationed in the client site to manage all phases of the project during the data collection phase, then managing the data analysis with the consulting team to produce the high level baseline for the project which then was used throughout the project for all deliverables. After completion the initial phase, the second phase started with refreshing the organization structure by working with all department heads to produce the detailed structure which was then used as a baseline for the job design which included job descriptions, job evaluation and HR Policies and procedures. The project also included conducting weekly alignment with project owner from the client side as well presenting deliverables to senior management until project closure.
